TravelMate is a fast-growing online travel company with customers in over 40 countries. We're looking for a friendly, patient person to join our support team.

Your responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by email, chat and phone
• Help customers change or cancel bookings
• Report technical problems to our IT team

Essential

• Fluent English and Persian
• At least one year of customer service experience
• A reliable internet connection

Desirable

• Knowledge of a third language (Arabic or Turkish)
• Experience in the travel industry
